By accessing or purchasing from madenewmerch.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or make a purchase.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

We strive to display our garments accurately, but colors and fabric texture may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and the handcrafted nature of our pieces.

All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to applicable state sales tax, calculated based on your shipping destination at checkout.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers. By placing an order you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount shown.

Orders incur a shipping charge, calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. Orders that meet our free shipping threshold ship at no charge; the current threshold and your exact shipping cost are shown at checkout before payment. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. The only exceptions are items that arrive incorrect, defective, or damaged in transit — in those cases we cover return shipping and the replacement.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. Items that arrive damaged in transit are covered when reported within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence, as described in Section 05.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed, in their original condition with any tags still attached. Items returned worn, laundered, altered, or damaged by use are not eligible for refund.

To start a return, contact us with your order number before shipping anything back. Once we receive and inspect the item, we issue your refund to the original payment method.

Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. The exception is an item that arrives incorrect, defective, or damaged in transit — in those cases we cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund. Report these within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve it quickly.

All designs, logos, motifs, scripture styling, graphics, and content on this site are the exclusive property of MADE NEW MERCH and protected under copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any of our designs or content without written permission.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content, or interfere with its operation. Any fraudulent orders or chargebacks without basis will be disputed.

We collect only the information necessary to process and fulfill your order — name, email, and shipping address. We never sell your data. Our Privacy Policy explains in full what we collect, how we use it, and how to request access or deletion.

Our apparel and its Christian motifs are artistic expressions of faith and culture. They are not religious artifacts, relics, or sacramental items, and carry no warranty of spiritual efficacy.

The site and products are provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which MADE NEW MERCH operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
